Wyoming Congresswoman Elizabeth Cheney says a draft memo written by John Eastman clearly advanced a plan to obstruct a joint session of Congress on January 6 as seen on a screen, writing that seven states had transmitted to all slates electors to the president of the Senate and Vice President Mike Pence could simply declare Donald Trump the 2020 election winner, asking an adviser Greg Jacob if there were dual slates, he indicating there were none.
