Wisconsin Congressman Tom Tiffany says at a news conference with Republican Study Committee colleagues to discuss their Set in Stone initiative to advance legislation to codify President Trump's America First agenda from executive orders that discrimination must end in America, starting with the federal government, and they introduced the FAIR Act with Representative Burgess Owens to codify President Trump's executive order prohibiting any future Administration, federal contractor, university, or federal funds recipient from intentionally discriminating, to stop Democrats' discrimination, exclusion and indoctrination.
