Host: What was the fan reaction when REBEL first came out?
Mineo: “It was incredible because it was so big that I did not know what to make of it”
Host: Did they have any idea that REBEL was going to be the movie that it is today?
Mineo: “Well Jack Warner did. We started shooting in black and white, and after a few days he came in and said, ‘go back and re-shoot everything in color”

Mineo”There are so many; Max von Sydow, Karl Malden, Edward G. Robinson — I love them.”
