Washington State Congresswoman Kim Schrier says in debate on the Lower Food and Fuel Costs Act that American families were struggling with high prices at the gas station and grocery store breaking are the put food on the table while farmers are struggling with increased fuel costs, problem that could be eased with the bill providing resources to address cost of fuel by allowing year-round sales of fire ethanol blends which are consistently less expensive than higher octane gas.
