Robots and androids take over National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation

Video footage taken on March 17 at the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation located in Tokyo's Odaiba district shows the interior of the latest "You and Robots-What is it to be Human" exhibition. The show gathers 90 types of robots and androids, including the 30-centimeter EVAL-03 by Sony Group Corp. which uses a camera to see and imitate the gestures of visitors. Also shown are a collection of AIBO robot dogs, also by Sony Group, and an android representing the writer Natsume Soseki, made in a collaboration between research groups at Nishogakusha University and Osaka University.
