Name-change in Nagoya subway system puts city's castle on the transit map
Video footage taken on Jan. 4 in Nagoya shows the newly christened Nagoyajo (Nagoya Castle) subway station, formerly known as Shiyakusho (City Hall) on its first day of operation under its new name. A ceremony featuring Nagoya mayor Takashi Kawamura and a personage playing the role of feudal warlord Tokugawa Ieyasu are shown at a ceremony marking the occasion. (Hirohisa Yamashita)
