Video footage taken on Jan. 21 at Sendai Umino-Mori Aquarium in Sendai shows “anago” seawater eels, considered a delicacy, nestled in a display meant to look “ehomaki” sushi rolls in celebration of upcoming Setsubun, the day traditionally seen as marking the divide between winter and spring.
