They are the last surviving Edwardian stacked theatres in the world. It was designed by architect Thomas W. Lamb. Today, the landmark building is a National Historic Site of Canada and part of the Ontario Heritage. There are incidental people out and about in the area. The theatre is showing the play 'Come from Away'
