Tornado Sighted in Louisiana's St. James Parish

A tornado was sighted in St. James Parish, Louisiana on Tuesday, February 7. This footage shows the tornado from across the lower Mississippi River in Convent. http://www.reuters.com/article/us-refineries-storms-louisiana-idUSKBN15M2C9 Reuters reported that five refineries in southeast Louisiana were in close proximity to tornadoes that hit the region on Tuesday, including at least one in Convent, owned by Motiva Enterprises. The refineries continued normal operations despite the severe weather.
