The Prince of Wales enjoyed a rousing welcome at Bondi Beach in Sydney on the fifth day of his visit to Australia. Hundreds of people turned out to greet the British heir to the throne, who watched a game of touch football on the sand between indigenous students. Earlier his wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, inspected a guard of honour at Victoria Barracks in Sydney, where she was appointed Colonel-in-Chief of the Royal Australian Corp of Military Police.
