SINAIA, ROMANIA - NOVEMBER 26: The Peles Royal Complex in Sinaia, Romania remains a major tourist destination, with ongoing restoration work aimed at preserving its historic structures.The complex, located in the Carpathian Mountains, includes the prominent Peles Castle and the smaller Pelisor Castle, both reflecting the royal heritage of the era of King Carol I.Peles Castle is noted for its blend of defensive architecture and aesthetic design, incorporating wood craftsmanship and towers that complement the natural landscape.Authorities have initiated periodic restoration in parts of Peles Castle to maintain the site's historical fabric.
