VOICED: The managing director of Vauxhall has called on the Government to re-open car showrooms this month. Stephen Norman has told Sky News that it is vital - if production at his Ellesmere Port plant is to restart. Nissan, Toyota and Jaguar have also halted some of their operations, leaving production lines idle and thousands of workers on furlough. Our Business Correspondent Paul Kelso reports.
