TOKYO, JAPAN – DEC. 17: The Hagoita Battledore Fair, a seasonal event in December, started on the morning of December 17 at Sensoji Temple in Taito Ward, Tokyo. The temple ground has a few dozen stalls displaying and selling colorful battledores depicting ukiyo-e and kabuki actors. The fair is expected to see 300,000 visitors before it ends on December 19.
