VOICED: The government's Culture Minister told Sky News today that the vote to approve gay marriage will not tear his party apart. Ed Vaizey said that splits between Conservative MPs and party members are a "good natured division" and a "civilised debate". A group of Conservative contituency party chairmen are delivering a letter to Downing Street this lunchtime asking for the decision to be delayed until after the next election.
