The Frick Collection Art Museum Renovation In New York
NEW YORK, NEW YORK - AUGUST 13: (AUDIO OMITTED) The Frick Collection art museum building located at 1 East 70th Street in the Upper East Side of Manhattan continues its renovation on August 13, 2024 in New York, New York. The $160 million renovation project, which according to the Frick Collection will enable them to better serve a twenty-first-century audience, involves a seven-story extension increasing its 18,000 square feet to 197,000 square feet. The expansion is lead by Selldorf Architects in partnership with executive architect Beyer Blinder Belle Architects & Planners and estimated to be completed by the end of 2024.
