British Football Fans Urged to Come to Euro 2016 despite security fears
VOICED: The French sports minister is urging British football fans not to be afraid of attending next summer's Euro 2016 tournament in the wake of the Paris attacks. All the home nations -- apart from Scotland -- will be in the hat for this evening's draw for the finals.
