VOICED: The Director General of the BBC has warned there will be 'some very difficult choices ahead', as he revealed new proposals for the broadcaster's future. In response to a government review of its Royal Charter, Lord Hall has admitted substantial cuts will be inevitable for the corporation - but also unveiled ambitions for some extra services, including a daily radio show for North Korea.
