FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA - APRIL 12: 12:10:08 that triggered his anger - took cell phone bashed it in his face. he says amber get out of there as johnnys storming around. calls rocky who lives next door and then calls 911 - hes genuinely concerned for her safety. calls a friend in LA and says to call 911. so police are called twice. johnny trashes aptmt before he leaves. see in elevators w body guards. youll see pics of amber w metadata on them before during and after police is there. amber calls her atty - the one she consulted after dec 15. he says if tyou press charges theyll arrest him. she says i cant have that happen. so when police shows up she refuses to cooperate. she says on advice of atty i wont cooperate. he takes them arond and shows all damage around the hosue as well and they say shes got red makr, give them name and she says i cant and they move 12:12:19 (Footage by Law&Crime via Getty Images)
