Texas Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee says at a press conference to urge that Congress act on the Judiciary Act which would expand the Supreme Court to 13 Justices that bounty hunters used in Texas to prevent women accessing abortion similar to concepts in slave narratives and Supreme Court stands with the bounty hunters against young women who are seeking to get reproductive freedom.
