Congressman Fallon notes pandemic relief went to overseas criminal organizations

Texas Congressman Pat Fallon says that around $4 billion of pandemic unemployment assistance funds were estimated to have gone to criminal organizations and authoritarian regimes, while the Democrats were criticized for not holding a full Committee hearing on COVID 19 fraud and for passing the American Rescue Plan Act which continued funding for broken programs that were systemically fraudulent, leading to questions on what they did for oversight in the prior two years, at a House Oversight and Accountability Committee hearing on pandemic relief fraud.
