Texas Congressman Kevin Michael Conaway asks State Department witness David Holmes about his own discretion in making known a phone conversation between Ambassador Gordon Sondland and Trump, Sondland do not expect privacy but having been in rooms for 17 years where people trust that what went on there and within official channels would not be shared with others, Holmes had called the conversation interesting, Holmes saying he had shared information needed with the right people who needed to know it, and that he would hate to think that what he brought before the inquiry process should not of been done because he'd been subpoenaed to share what he knew.
