Texas Congressman Henry Cuellar says on day 34 a partial government shutdown to reopen government, advocate for 21st century solutions with technology, hire personnel to the Border Patrol which it spent $14.8 million to hire two agents, increase infrastructure ports of entry, and higher immigration judges as had been done, nothing new.
