A Tennessee man with nerves of steel "took advantage of a rare snow day" recently when he kayaked through a wooded area into a creek. Marcus Whitfield said he was "combining my two favorites of snow sledding and whitewater kayaking" when he launched himself down the hill in his kayak in Signal Mountain, Tennessee, on January 15. Video from Whitfield shows him cruising down the wooded slope before landing in the creek with a large splash.
