Tennessee Congressman Steve Cohen says during a period of nonlegislative debate without naming him that Donald Trump but as a prior occupant of the White House, a day after his first visit to Washington since leaving office, had been found guilty of sexual abuse against E Jean Carroll, defamation against her, fraudulently misrepresenting his businesses' finances, and felonies in New York, but did not apologize to the Capitol Police for the assault on the Capitol he led that led to officers' deaths and required the House to recess when Trump supporters tried to breach the chamber.
