A waterfall with a high volume of water of about 50m. Seirei is a Dragonfly in Japanese. It was named after the legend of a dragonfly that saved the 21st Emperor Yuryaku (reigned 456-479) from a horsefly. It is also known as the Rainbow Light because a rainbow can be seen on a clear day.
