Impeachment witness Kent debunks do not prosecute list in testimony
State Department official George Kent testifies under questioning by Indiana Congressman Andre Carson at the first public impeachment inquiry hearing of the House Select Intelligence Committee that the former Ukraine prosecutor general that with Rudy Giuliani in January and February 2019, the corrupt prosecutor gave an interview to a reporter and made claims that officials were provided with a do not prosecute list, Yuri Lutsenko a long-standing politician once imprisoned by President Viktor Yanukovych before becoming prosecutor general in the spring of 2016.
