Hillsdale Demolition tears down a building

A city program administered through the St. Louis Development Corporation has knocked down more than 100 vacant buildings since its start in late 2023.
Using $15 million in state ARPA funds, the Land Reutilization Authority began clearing abandoned structures last year in an effort to revitalize neighborhoods.
