'Mom, Run!': Mother and Son Spot Bear Swimming at Beach in Naples

Sharks have new competition as the most feared animals at the beach in Naples, Florida, as beachgoers spotted a bear briskly paddling through the surf in late May. This footage taken by Kylie Nelson shows the black bear swimming at a beach in Naples on Friday, May 30. Nelson said she and her son were out for a morning walk when they spotted the bear. The next clip, taken by Nelson's son, shows the bear swimming close to the shoreline while Nelson calls 911. "Mom, run!" Nelson's son could be heard saying as the bear swims closer to the beach.
