Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer says in daily floor remarks that if right wing MAGA judges appointed by Leonard Leo and the Federalist Society are allowed to move America backward, then Congress had an obligation to act, so to be clear a vote on marriage equality will happen on the Senate floor in the coming weeks, the Senate will continue fulfilling its constitutional duty to confirm more judges to sit on the federal judiciary, including the first Asian American to ever sit on the Seventh Circuit, and another as the 78th judge confirmed under President Biden, more than President Trump or President Obama or President Bush confirmed up to this point in a great proud record.
