Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham says at a hearing with Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz about his report on how the FBI Crossfire Hurricane investigation began that many had discussed Carter Page but of George Papadopoulos not to believe that anybody named in the initial investigation was convicted of being an agent of the Russians, asking if anybody in the Trump presidential campaign was charged with colluding with Russians, none by that point, Horowitz testifying Papadopoulos was surveilled by the FBI which considered but did not proceed with FISA surveillance applications, wiretapped while he did not know it in an undercover operation in talking to somebody with a wire, Horowitz careful it was not a wire by a court order, supervisory approval needed by a Bureau official.
