Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham of South Carolina and Seventh Circuit Judge Amy Coney Barrett discuss how Brown v Board of Education could be overruled, needing Congress or some other state or local government to impose segregation again, Graham interjecting that if you want to make herself famous by the end of the day to go back to segregation and would be on every cable TV channel in America, before the Court could review the Brown decision someone would have to be dumb enough to pass laws to go back to segregated schools, so if it was fair to say that could be happening anytime, Barrett answering she did not see that happening anytime soon, neither had he.
