Moore SOT - I will set out to parliament the issues as I see them / we are engaging with Scottish govt / risk of legal challenge is significant / better to get rid of that / give Scottish govt power to decide this without any doubts to ensure Scotland knows its future Q: How will process play out? Moore SOT - I will be making a statement to parliament as to what we think is the most appropriate way to solve the uncertainty so we can get on with the proper debate
