Rhode Island Senator Sheldon Whitehouse says in one of a years long series of floor speeches about the supreme court that a group of organizations managed was by Leonard Leo, described as the fixer or factotum for the right wing billionaires who spent $580 million to capture the Court, with Leo running around orchestrating efforts through his own companies that report to him, as well as an array of front groups he and allies control like 85 Fund, Concord Fund which actually exist as Virginia corporate entities, while others like Judicial Education Project, BH Fund, Honest Elections Project, Free to Learn, Free to Learn Action, and Judicial Crisis Network are legally fictitious names referring to these same entities under Virginia law.
