House Democrats at press briefing after Republican health care reform defeat

Rhode Island Congressman David Cicilline says hours after the Senate failed to advance a Republican health care reform bill that there are proposals put forth from Democrats on ways to improve the Affordable Care Act, no absence of ideas and hopefully the vote the night before will end the quest so singularly focused on repeal. Illinois Representative Cheri Bustos finds it interesting that Republicans hold the White House, Senate and the House, but are finger-pointing Democrats, having talk about repealing and replacing the law for eight years, but that her constituents in a rural district that President Donald trump one want the job to get done, that Democrats stand ready to get the job done.
