Researcher notes witnesses deceased since JFK assassination unavailable to question at congressional hearing on declassified JFK assassination files

Researcher James DiEugenio says near the end of the House Oversight and Government Reform Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets' first hearing on the assassination of late President John Kennedy that Victoria Adams passed away but the Stroud document containing Garner's testimony was discovered by writer Barry Ernest in 1999 thanks to the ARB, revealing that Texas Attorney General Stroud had sent this information to the Warren Commission in 1964 though it never appeared in any Commission volumes despite its importance in contradicting the timeline of Oswald's movements.
