Iraq Inquiry: Protest speeches

Iraq Inquiry: Protest speeches; Jeremy Corbyn MP speech through loudhailer SOT - Thank you for coming - Been a very long time since the fateful day in 2003 when Parliament disgracetully voted for illegal bombing and invasion and occupation of Iraq - here we are eight years later nearly, half a million peple have died, billions of pounds spent - Another war still going on in Afhganistan and Chilcott inquiry still going on - We need to know the truth - Very clear the Cabinet were given differing versions of legal advice before and during the meeting itself - it is disgraceful the current Cabinet secretary should refuse to release letters sent by the then PM Blair to President Bush - If this inquiryu is to mean anything, every single paper must be released, must be made public, as Gordon Brown promised when inquiry was established otherwise nobody is going to take it seriously - the killing of large numbers of wholly innocent people there has to be international legal processes against those that take us into these desperately ghastly illegal wars - that's why we're here today, demanding Chilcot goes to the heart of the matter - all the money spent in Iraq and all the lives lost, who is benefitting, the arms manufacturers, the oil companies, security companies, the security forces and the state as a whole, it's up to us to look for a world based on peace CUTAWAYS GV: Protesters listening to speaches BV Corbyn speaking High Angle GVs of police and protesters outside venue Close Shot of spoof poster with Tony Blair making V sign and wrapped in American flag
