Senate votes to debate veto override of 2021 defense bill
Presiding Officer John Boozman of Arkansas announces 80 to 12 vote to consider a veto message from President Donald Trump to the annual defense authorization before Majority Leader Mitch McConnell enters a motion to invoke cloture on consideration, which limit debate to 30 hours after an intervening vote on his motion days later.
