Minnesota Photographer Pans From Setting Full Moon to Rising Sun
A photographer captured the moment February's full moon set as the sun rose in Graceville, Minnesota, on Saturday, February 24. This footage was captured by Carol Bauer, who told Storyful that because she lives in the prairie she can "see for miles" and was able to "watch the full moon set in the west as the sun rises in the east." The full moon in February is also known as the Snow Moon, due to the cold weather North America typically faces at this time of year, https://www.astronomy.com/observing/full-moon-calendar-dates-times-types-2024/ according to astronomy.com.
