Pennsylvania Congressman Guy Reschenthaler says in floor debate on a rule to consider the Presidential Election Reform Act that the bill is partisan messaging for Democrats having rammed through Congress a bill to change the way presidential elections are conducted, the first time taking a look at the issue with no hearings held, chair zoe lofgren did not bother to bring the legislation before her own Committee for consideration and despite majority's constant claims of democracy itself being under attack, one would think that the Democratic Party would bring bills through the appropriate channels and mechanisms, however both sides of the aisle had long used legal authority to object to presidential elections including none other than Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and Nancy Pelosi to name a few.
