VOICED: One of UKIPs biggest donors has told Sky News that Theresa May has re-branded the Conservative as the UK independence Party. Arron Banks said the Prime Minister's speech could have been written by Nigel Farage -- who tonight is back in charge of the party on a technicality - despite the fact that he resigned after the EU referendum.
