Oklahoma Congresswoman Stephanie Bice says at a news conference with House Republicans to introduce an amendment to the Constitution that would keep the Supreme Court at nine Justices that Since 1869, there have been nine Justices on the Supreme Court, politicians like President Joe Biden had opposed packing the Court because it would completely uproot their institutions but it was no coincidence that Democrats have pushed to add Justices, especially as recent Court decisions haven't gone their way, to them essential that we protect the integrity of the Supreme Court and keep it away from political power grabs.
