SOT of William Foss, who was waiting to get word on a potential victim of the Norway shooting attack. On July 22, 2011, a pair of terrorist attacks took place in Norway. The first was a car bomb explosion at a government building in downtown Oslo. The second occurred less than 2 hours later on the island of Utoya, where a gunman disguised as a policeman opened fire at a youth camp organized by the youth organization of the Norwegian Labour Party. 32-year-old Anders Behring Breivik was arrested and charged with both attacks. At least 76 people were killed in the attacks, and many more wounded. SOT: "Well we came here with the hope, kind of because, ah, we heard that there was many unidentified persons at the hospitals. So we was kind of hoping he was alive in the hospital. But uh, the police now says that ah, there was no one at the hospitals that was not identified. So uh, there was ah, very big chance that he is dead."
