SOT of William Foss, a man waiting for word on a potential victim, saying the Norway attacks were unbelievable. On July 22, 2011, a pair of terrorist attacks took place in Norway. The first was a car bomb explosion at a government building in downtown Oslo. The second occurred less than 2 hours later on the island of Utoya, where a gunman disguised as a policeman opened fire at a youth camp organized by the youth organization of the Norwegian Labour Party. 32-year-old Anders Behring Breivik was arrested and charged with both attacks. At least 76 people were killed in the attacks, and many more wounded. SOT: "I don't know what to say - you don't believe this you know because uh, Norway is a little and quiet place most of the time and uh, when first this happening something here it's really happening. We don't - we nearly don't believe it, I don't think we can understand it now, I think we have to have a much more time before we realize what's happened."
