SOT of Police Commissioner Richard Dormer talking of hope that the quick arrest of the Long Island shooter at Haven Drugs will give closure and peace of mind to the families of those killed. David Laffer was arrested within 72 hours after shooting four people at the pharmacy during a robbery for prescription painkillers in June 2011. SOT: ÒWithin 72 hours, we arrested him. We know this arrest wonÕt bring back Raymond, Jennifer, Ryan, and Jamie, but we are hoping this will provide some sense of closure to the victims families.
