SOT of Police Commissioner Richard Dormer announcing the arrest of David Laffer after the shooting at Haven Drugs in Long Island. Laffer was arrested within 72 hours after shooting four people at the pharmacy during a robbery for prescription painkillers in June 2011. SOT: "David Laffer, who had no previous criminal record, has been charged with murder in the first degree."
