Fallon says, "So we're always looking for desk pieces and stuff like that so Jeremy thought of this idea and all the writers just chipped in throughout the season. Every writer writes a joke. So you know every Friday we get together and we just talk about what's bothering us or something that went wrong you know and then we end up making a joke, a sarcastic thank you."
