NEW YORK, NEW YORK -November 4: Looking north on Fifth Avenue in Harlem New York City police motorcycles ride in front of the leaders in the men's race, Martin Lel, bib 3 (finish 1), Abderrahim Goumri, Bib 4 (finish 2), James Kwambai bib 11 (finished 5) preceded by a camera car, pickup truck with race time clock, another camera car, a motorcycle with sidecar then the four men's race leaders turn west onto 124th Street.
