Normal heartbeat, animation - HD stock video
Animation of a human heart showing a healthy normal heartbeat. The heart cutaway shows the left and right ventricles. The right ventricle pumps deoxygenated blood (blue) to the lungs, while the larger left ventricle pumps oxygenated blood (red) to the body through the aorta and its connected arteries, including the brachial arteries shown. The heartbeat is generated by regular signals from the sinoatrial node (yellow), on the right atrium of the heart (at upper left). This is a group of nerve cells that acts as the heart's natural pacemaker, emitting signals that are conducted across the heart and cause the heart muscle to contract. See clip K011/2968 for the same heart showing arrhythmia
