Congresswoman Tenney opposes funding executive order on voter mobilization by agencies as Hatch Act violation
New York Congresswoman Claudia Tenney supports her own amendment to the FY25 State and Foreign Operations appropriations bill to prohibit funding for Executive Order 14019, relating to Promoting Access to Voting, concluding instead to make voting great again because President Biden's executive order on promoting access to voting is a partisan attempt to use federal agencies and taxpayer money for Democratic get-out-the-vote efforts. The amendment was later adopted by a 208-202 vote.
