Congressman Higgins explains mass shooting timing in appeal to ban assault weapons
New York Congressman Brian Higgins says when asked at a news conference about a resolution to condemn the Great Replacement Theory about legislating universal background checks that could have avoided incidents in Buffalo and Cindy Oak where once you do with a weapon of mass destruction in five minutes killed 26 people and another in Buffalo killed 10 with a semiautomatic weapon in two seconds with death and destruction beyond human comprehension, that Republicans and Democrats in that sometimes godforsaken town should be able to agree that 40 million guns in America and 11 million semiautomatic weapons should require universal background checks.
